Radaris opt out: there is no form any more

Radaris.com now shows only a notice saying a New Jersey court transferred the domain to Atlas Data Privacy Corporation. There are no listings and no opt-out page.1

Checked 28 October 2026 against the notice and the sources.

What the notice says

The notice is published by Atlas, which is a party to the case. We quote it rather than describe it.1

CaseAtlas Data Privacy Corporation, et al. v. Radaris.com, et al., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Middlesex County, Docket No. MID-L-000847-24.1
Filed8 February 2024, by Atlas and five individual plaintiffs. Amended complaint 27 May 2025.1
ClaimsAssigned to Atlas by "approximately 21,760 law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and other covered persons" under New Jersey's Daniel's Law.1
JudgmentA final judgment by default against Radaris.com, Rehold.com and Trustoria.com, entered 27 August 2026, according to the notice.1
ReliefThe domain was transferred to Atlas, and a permanent injunction bars disclosure of the home addresses and unpublished home phone numbers of the individual plaintiffs and covered persons.1
Since thenIn September 2026 a lawyer for Radaris told KrebsOnSecurity they had moved to vacate the default judgment and intend to appeal. KrebsOnSecurity reported that 14 domains from the Radaris family had been transferred.2
Rehold.com and Trustoria.com showed the same notice on 28 October 2026.1

The case is ongoing and a default judgment can be vacated. This page reports public notices and is not legal advice.

What it means for you

Nothing to submit

Radaris.com and its old privacy page both show the notice, with no profiles and no form.1 Old guides that walk you through Radaris's form are out of date.

The order protects named people

The injunction covers the individual plaintiffs and the covered persons in the case.1 It doesn't by itself remove anyone else's details from other sites.

What to do instead

  1. Work through the other sites in the opt-out checklist.Start with the ones that cover several sites at once: PeopleConnect's tool and Spokeo.
  2. If you live in California, send a DROP request. It reaches every broker in the state's registry. Radaris isn't in the 2026 registry file.3
  3. Check again in a few months. The case is still open, so what radaris.com shows may change.2

What is Daniel's Law?

A New Jersey law, N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.1 and following, which the notice says "protects home addresses and unpublished home telephone numbers from disclosure". The case was brought on claims assigned by law enforcement officers, prosecutors and other covered persons.1

Can I still opt out of Radaris without an account?
